Our Tenancy Relations Officer is able to advise private tenants and landlords about:-

- Harassment and illegal eviction
- Housing benefit issues
- Disrepair
- Rent arrears, Notices, Possession Orders, Eviction Warrants
- Deposits
- Rent levels
