The Housing Related Support Service aims to help you live independently in your own accommodation.
A Housing Related Support Worker will work with you for a duration of a few months or up to 2 years, depending on the level of assistance that you need.

What is Housing Related Support?
Housing Related Support is a service which assists previously homeless and /or vulnerable people to live independently in their accommodation.
Those who qualify for the service will be allocated a Housing Support Worker who will assist and support the Service User(s) with all aspects of managing their home. The aim of the service is to provide early intervention in order that difficulties or problems can be assessed and resolved at an early stage, including the threat of homelessness.
