Loughborough Student Union – Dig Deep

Students from Loughborough University Student Union have given up their free time to give the garden at the Bridge a ‘makeover’.  The garden was badly in need of some TLC and had been neglected during the winter months.  A lot of hard work and man hours have resulted in a transformation that even Alan Titchmarsh would be proud of.  Staff at the Bridge are ‘delighted with the colorful transformation and grateful to the students for giving up their time’.

The Bridge are delighted that we now have a volunteer gardener who is happy to maintain the garden in all its splendour.

The students have also been busy raiding their food cupboards for food items which they kindly donated to The Bridge to add to food parcels.  This has become a regular event and is the third time this academic year that they have helped The Bridge in this way.
