- A warm friendly welcome
- Confidentiality at all times
- Telephone and face to face enquiries
- Signposting to appropriate teams within The Bridge or externally if required
- Housing Advice enquiries
- Housing Related Support enquiries
- Distribution of food parcels/vouchers
- Referrals to Sofa for discounted furniture and household goods
- Care of address for service users
- Support other teams within The Bridge
- Work in conjunction with the Fundraising Coordinator for funding applications
- Database input of statistics for funding applications
- Supplier invoice administration
