The Single Access Point is a specialist homelessness prevention service which works with 16 and 17 year old young people who are having difficulties where they are living.

Young people sometimes think that leaving home will be a solution to all their problems, but it may make things worse.
If you live in Charnwood and are 16 or 17 years old and you are thinking about leaving why not get in touch with the Single Access Point and arrange to come and see us for more information about your own individual circumstances.
We will provide comprehensive support to help you get back on track and explain the available options. You can expect us to provide informative and comprehensive advice and suppport on your individual circumstances and help for you to plan for the future.
The Single Access Point can link you into other sources of help and support to help you deal with things better and to ensure that you are not left alone to cope with things.
